Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


Quality Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.


How to Return
Email our customer support at motivunlimited.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and our return address.


Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Non-Refundable
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
